How to Enter Every Giveaway

Entering our giveaways is intentionally simple. We don't make you jump through hoops, complete surveys, or share personal information. Here's exactly how it works:

1. Join the FreeMCFA Discord — Click any Discord button on this page. You'll be in the server instantly.
2. Find #giveaways — Navigate to the #giveaways channel. Active giveaways are pinned and easy to spot.
3. React with 🎁 — Click the gift emoji reaction on the giveaway post. That's your entry. Done.
4. Wait for Friday 6 PM EST — Our bot randomly selects winners live in the channel.
5. Check your DMs — Winners receive their code via Discord DM with redemption instructions.

All winners are announced publicly in our Discord. You can scroll through the #winners channel to see real usernames, timestamps, and confirmation messages from people who received their codes.

Giveaway Rules

To keep things fair for everyone, we enforce a few simple rules:

1. One entry per person — No alt accounts. Our bot cross-checks entries using Discord IDs and IP patterns.
2. Must be in the server — If you leave the server before the draw, your entry is automatically removed.
3. 48-hour claim window — Winners must respond to their DM within 48 hours, or the code is re-drawn.
4. No selling entries or codes — Codes are for personal use. Selling your code results in a ban from future giveaways.
5. Be respectful — Toxic behavior or harassment of staff/members will get you removed.

Why We Do This

FreeMCFA started as a small Discord community of Minecraft fans who wanted to help others experience the game. We fund our giveaways through community support, partnerships, and our website. Our goal is to make Minecraft accessible to players who can't afford it — especially younger players and those in regions where $30 is a significant cost.

Every code we give away is purchased from official retailers (Microsoft Store, Amazon, authorized resellers). We never distribute stolen accounts, cracked codes, or anything that violates Mojang's terms of service.
