As a Moderator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the player experience:

Keep the peace — handle rule-breaking, chat toxicity, and griefing with fairness and professionalism

Support players — answer questions, guide newcomers, and help resolve disputes

They pay depends, you can be a volunteer and still be a Moderator and get promotes to get paid or you can receive in-game perks. Note the pay depends on your position, when you first start out you are a Trial Moderator (aka Trainee) and will not receive any form of payment, if you pass the Trainee phase you can be promoted and potentially start making money from the server's revenue it gets.

➼ Must be at least 15 years old
➼ No history of bans, major infractions, or toxic behavior.
➼ Able to dedicate at least 5–10 hours per week to Moderation.
➼ Strong written communication skills for handling reports, appeals, and player interactions.
➼ Must have a Microphone to do staff interview and voice call on platforms such as Discord regularly
➼ Familiarity with Minecraft mechanics, plugins, and server rules.
➼ You must not use generative AI in your application.
➼ You must not share your Minecraft/discord account with anyone else
➼ You must be able to record videos & screenshots of cheaters/rule breakers at a reasonable frame rate and quality. (Minimum: 720p @ 30FPS)
➼ You must be honest in your application (provide details and valid proof of past staff experiences).
