Marketing Manager

As Marketing Manager, you’ll help shape the future of MysticLands:

Lead server growth — design and execute campaigns to reach 1000+ members

Build partnerships — connect with other servers, influencers, and creators

Craft our brand — help refine MysticLands’ visual identity and messaging

Launch events — coordinate giveaways, seasonal promos, and community spotlights

Gain leadership experience — manage a small marketing team as we scale

Leave your mark — your ideas will directly impact how MysticLands is seen and remembered

You will receive in-game perks such as discounts & coupons to share or use on the server store, and if you want to be paid we can work out a deal with sharing some part of revenue when the server starts generating some.

We're looking for a creative, driven, and community-savvy Marketing Manager to help grow MysticLands across Discord, Minecraft, and beyond. If you love branding, partnerships, and making servers shine, this is your moment.

✅ Requirements
To be considered, applicants should meet the following criteria:

Age 16+ with maturity and professionalism in communication (exceptions can be made to allow advertising)

Strong writing skills — able to craft engaging announcements, partnership pitches, and event promos

Experience with Discord — knows how to format embeds, schedule posts, and manage outreach

Basic graphic design ability — can create clean banners, thumbnails, or promo visuals (Photopea, Canva, etc.)

Marketing mindset — understands how to attract new members, build hype, and retain community interest

Organized & proactive — can manage timelines, track outreach, and follow up with partner servers

Team player — collaborates well with staff, respects server culture, and communicates clearly

Knowledge on posting ad's to Social Media & Google ad's and any other major platforms

Bonus points for:

Prior experience in server growth, social media, or branding

Familiarity with Minecraft communities and server trends

Ability to analyze growth metrics and adjust strategies
